I figured it was time to do an update on my progress as we've moved into a new year! Especially as I've managed to finish three more products and making good progress with others. If you missed it, I've decided to have this more as an always-ongoing project rather than a finish-by-the-end-of-the-year specific. This means that I'll keep on adding more items as I finish them, always having 10 "on the go".
And now for my final Favourites of 2014 post! This one is all about hair, body, nails and perfume all wrapped into one post - hence it being called 'The Rest'. While I'm sure I'm forgetting a few products I've gone through the past year that really should be featured here, this is a very nice collection of products I've come to rely on throughout the past 12 months. There's nothing here that I wouldn't buy again when they run out, and that's really saying something.
Better late than never, here comes my last favourites post of 2014! Monthly favourites that is, I've still got one favourites of the year post coming up, and then I think I'm finished with all the round-ups from 2014. December was, as a few of you will know, filled with exams all the way until the 19th (!!) when I finally got to go home and enjoy christmas food, my parents christmas house, spending time with my family and as an extra bonus; it snowed, tonnes! December was mostly me wearing no makeup and studying, but the few products I did use were absolute gems.
Even though I did a late November empties, I still managed to gather up a nice amount of products in time for my final empties post of the year for the month of December. There's a few things here I've been working on for a while, a few regulars and another couple of makeup items I decided to finally get rid of and not "take with me" into the new year. I also switched to a new empties bag on January 1st so no cheating - these are all from the last part of December.
I was very unsure if I was going to do this challenge or not, but in the end decided to jump on the bandwagon after all. I've not chosen the Lorac Pro palette, because I don't own it nor is it available here, and I've not really chosen a palette, but a 5 Colour Eyeshadow "Palette". More particularly 'Grege' by Dior, one of my all-time favourites.
Happy New Year Everyone! I decided to take a break from everything including the blog over the christmas holidays as I was just exhausted from all of my exams. Now I'm back though and with loads of posts to do this month about empties, my use-it-up project, projects I'm doing for 2015 and of course my yearly favourites.
