When my Garnier 7 Days for Normal Skin was all empty I thought it would be fun to try something different to replace it. I got this body lotion by Nivea for normal to dry skin.

Dove's Indulgent Nourishment body lotion with shea butter is ment for dry skin and seems exactly the thing to use these cold winter months! Or anytime of the year really, we all want soft and nourished legs all year round!

I continue to be amazed at how many products I go through every month. This month especially there's a lot of full sized products. I've also made it my mission to try and use the samples I've got lying around in an effort to save money and also, obviously, to try a couple of new things which is always exciting.

Favourites: October 2012

First of all, let me apologize for the lack of posts lately. I'm in the middle of exams and so getting good grades have to be the main priority. I have decided that after my favourites, empties and possibly my 100 days spending ban "reflection post" goes up I will force myself to go on hiatus until all my exams are done. But more on that in a seperate post. Onto my October favourites!

Favourites: September 2012

These are products that I have used and loved this month. It could be new purchases or old re-discoveries. There won't always be one in every category, as this is not for what I've been using, but products that have really stood out and that has gotten me excited about make up and skincare. Sometimes I might include things from other categories if I feel it is worth a mention, but not always.

Review: Veet Hair Minimising Body Lotion

When this was released (what my memory tells me is) about a year and a half ago in the UK I will admit I didn't really think much of it. I didn't really believe anything like this ever worked, and if they did it surely wouldn't be something you could get at Boots for less than 5 pounds. Even so, I ended up purchasing just to give it a go. I figured, with it being so cheap, it couldn't hurt. What if it did actually end up working?

This is my second bottle of Soap & Glory's SlimWear. One would think that means I am a fan, but it was quite a long time ago that I used it last, and when I spotted it in Boots last time I thought I'd give it another go. If nothing else it's a bit of a fun product to try, it probably won't work and I'll have something to write a review on for you guys.

I've always known of this product, seen it on the shelves, not thought much of it. I've walked straight past it and chosen something else. Can't say I even considered trying it out, for no good reason really. One day about 3 weeks ago I was in H&M and saw this for 1.99 Euros! Brilliant, I thought, as I was just out of body lotion anyway..
