Review: Nude ProGenius Treatment Oil

I received a sample of this somehow, it must've been while travelling as nowhere that's usually available to me sells Nude skincare. Either way, it was love at first use. I'm now on my second or third bottle that I'm about to finish, and I've got a back up ready to go. Since the first time I used this I simply will not be without it, now let me tell you why.

Review: Sarah Chapman Skinesis Morning Facial

You know those mornings when you've got 3 thoughts in your head at the same time? When you are feeling stressed, tired and overwhelmed? You can barely even make eye contact with yourself in the mirror? On those mornings, when I take a pump or two of this into my hands and go to pat it across my face, the second the scent hits me - all those thoughts just vanish. I only have one thought in my head; this smells heavenly! And then I have a minute of pure indulgence and peace and quiet as I apply this - and if for nothing else, that is what makes this worth every penny for me.

Review: Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil

For some reason I always seem to take the longest to get around to reviewing my favourite products. I think this is partly due to me knowing full well I am absolutely going to re-purchase, so I don't have to rush to write a review, as I do with the products I don't think I'll necessary re-purchase. In the aforementioned favourites category is a Pai product; the much raved about, you have probably heard of it Rosehip Oil. And finally here is my review, another rave indeed.

Favourites: October 2015

So the problem with focusing on using stuff up is when the time comes to write a favourites post. I've pretty much stuck to the same makeup and skincare for the entire month, and the same as I used last month. It's great, cause I'm really getting somewhere with using up my stash, but I don't have much new stuff to talk about. There's two products here that I did just talk about, but they were the two products that stood out the most this month, so it felt natural to include them anyway.

Favourites: August 2015

August was quite a month for me. My brother got married, I started looking for jobs and got one, and started it straight! I've let the blog on the side as I've gotten used to the new job, which I'm sure you all understand! My August favourites are a mix of favourites I've re-purchased for my brothers wedding and fool-proof ones to make sure I've got my best face on for interviews and eventually the first days at my new job. All absolutely great products that I'm excited to share with you all.

Review: RODIN Olio Lusso Luxury Face Oil

Rodin's Olio Lusso is one of those products I wanted to try for the longest time, but never did. Mostly as it's quite expensive and I've always got so much other skincare on rotation I never felt I could quite justify it. However, around new years my curiosity got the better of me and I bought it after all. It was all very exciting.

Favourites: December 2014

Better late than never, here comes my last favourites post of 2014! Monthly favourites that is, I've still got one favourites of the year post coming up, and then I think I'm finished with all the round-ups from 2014. December was, as a few of you will know, filled with exams all the way until the 19th (!!) when I finally got to go home and enjoy christmas food, my parents christmas house, spending time with my family and as an extra bonus; it snowed, tonnes! December was mostly me wearing no makeup and studying, but the few products I did use were absolute gems.

Review: Aesop Fabulous Face Oil

As a lot of you may know, Aesop is one of my favourite brands. I love everything about them. The products, the gorgeous scents of them, the stores, the packaging, and the prices are pretty affordable too. At least compared to the likes of La Prairie, La Mer, Omorovicza and so on. One of the first things I actually got from Aesop last year was their famous Fabulous Face Oil and as I'm just now reaching the bottom of the bottle, I figured it was right about the time to write a review.

Review: Tata Harper Replenishing Nutrient Complex

I've mentioned this oil serum before and even featured it in a favourites post. I received what seemed to be a tiny sample of this last summer. It lasted a surprisingly long time, and I instantly fell in love with it. I ordered the full-sized product not long after the sample finished.

Favourites: April 2014

Spring is in full effect here in Norway and I've been loving the sunny days, warm weather and getting back into wearing bright fun colors on my nails and lips. May will be full of exams for me, so if the blog doesn't get updated much that will be why. For now, let's get into some of my favourites for the past month.

Favourites: February 2014

February has flown by! I've been giving away and throwing away a lot of products, both skincare and makeup. Doing so has left me feeling less guilty about using only my favourite things and in so I've stuck to most of the products you see here. The February weather got very mild very quickly and it looks like winter is over in Norway for this year. The snow has certainly disappeared and it doesn't look like it's coming back. I'm already in a spring mood and ready for the temperature to rise even more! Now if only we would get some sunshine...

Review: Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil

After being blown away by the results of Fushi's Organic Rosehip Oil using it on my body I wanted to explore the wonders of rosehip oil further, this time looking for an oil appropriate for use on the face. I ended up choosing the 45ml version of Trilogy's simple Rosehip Oil only option as it was fairly cheap and so if I didn't end up liking it it wouldn't be as big of a deal. However, that wasn't what happened.

Favourites: August 2013

Finally we're heading into fall - my favourite time of year! The weather has still been all about summer here in Norway, but I've been slowly transitioning my clothes, nail polish and makeup into more fall appropriate colours and formulas. Still no dark lipstick and cozy sweaters but hopefully soon! I can't wait for it to get a bit colder so I can wear layers and cute fall jackets. I'm also looking forward to cloudy crisp fall days so that I can properly concentrate on studying for uni - am I the only one finding it hard to focus with the sun beaming in through the windows?
